At Minnahs fashion , every outfit is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Colour or design expectations
- Slight variation in colour due to lighting/screen display
- Size or fitting issues
- Delayed delivery caused by courier services
- Orders placed during sales or promotions
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items Only
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- You received a defective item, or
- You received the wrong product
To request a claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging

In case of an approved return, the original shipping charges paid by the buyer will be deducted from the refund amount.
Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Minor thread variations, handmade detailing, or slight embroidery irregularities are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to reject claims if the product appears used, damaged after delivery, or altered.
- Approved exchanges will only be processed after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side.
